In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the ace666 website, mobile interface, and all associated services available at ace666.bio.
• "Player" / "You" means any individual who registers an account or otherwise accesses the Platform.
• "Account" means the individual registered profile created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Funds" means the real-money balance held in a Player's account, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits granted by ace666 that are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable Funds.

To open an account and use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your membership:

• You have not previously had an account closed or suspended by ace666 for any reason.

ace666 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified may result in account suspension.

Each Player is permitted to hold only one active account on the Platform at any given time. If ace666 identifies duplicate accounts linked to the same person, device, IP address, payment method, or household, all associated accounts may be suspended and any balances therein may be voided pending investigation.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. You must not share your username, password, or any two-factor authentication codes with any other person. ace666 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

You must notify ace666 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account by contacting us at [email protected]. ace666 will take reasonable steps to investigate and secure your account upon receipt of such notification.

ace666 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, and major card networks including Visa and Mastercard. Availability of specific payment methods may vary at any time without prior notice.

• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within the cashier section of your account at the time of the transaction.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless otherwise agreed in writing with our support team.

From time to time, ace666 offers bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to Players. All such offers are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated within each individual promotion:

• Bonus Funds must be wagered the required number of times before they may be converted to withdrawable Funds. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, only stakes placed using real-money Funds (not Bonus Funds) count toward any wagering requirement.

• Laundering funds through the Platform or using the Platform for any purpose connected to illegal financial activity.

• Opening or operating accounts on behalf of third parties, including as a proxy for a self-excluded individual.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward ace666 staff or other players through any communication channel.

ace666 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults, or events beyond our reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability. In such cases, ace666 will make reasonable efforts to restore service and to protect any open bets or active game rounds affected.

Nothing in these Terms limits ace666's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

You may close your ace666 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any real-money Funds remaining in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any pending verification requirements and provided no outstanding investigation is in progress.

ace666 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where:

• A breach of these Terms has been identified or is reasonably suspected.
• Fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity is suspected.
• A self-exclusion request has been received and processed.
• Regulatory or legal obligations require account restriction.

Where an account is closed by ace666 due to a breach of these Terms, any Bonus Funds and associated winnings may be forfeited. Real-money Funds will be returned subject to the outcome of any related investigation.

ace666 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ace666 uses industry-standard SSL encryption and secure data storage practices to protect your personal and financial information. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

ace666 may update or revise these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide notice to registered Players via the email address or contact method held on their account at least 7 days before the revised Terms take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or to protect the security of the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account as described in Clause 11.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the ace666 Platform, you agree to first contact our support team at [email protected] with a written description of the matter. ace666 will endeavour to resolve the dispute within 14 business days of receipt.

For disputes relating to game outcomes or account decisions, ace666's server logs and transaction records shall serve as the authoritative reference. Disputes must be raised within 30 calendar days of the relevant event; claims raised after this period may not be considered.
